Το όνομα Greta oto
μπορεί να ακούγεται σαν ένας τίτλος ταινίας του πρώην αναταλικού μπλοκ
αλλά είναι το επιστημονικό όνομα ενός σπάνιου είδους πεταλούδας με το
μοναδικό χαρακτηριστικό να διαθέτει διάφανα φτερά.Οι πεταλούδες έχουν πολύχρωμα φτερά που τις βοηθόυν να απομακρύνουν τους εχθρούς τους, αφού είναι έυκολα ορατά και με το φτερούγισμα αυξάνουν την αίσθηση του όγκου. Οι Greta oto όμως έχουν αναπτύχει την ακριβώς αντίθετη στρατηγική.
Με τα διάφανα φτερά τους γίνονται ένα με το φυσικό περιβάλλον και δυσκολεύουν πολύ τον εντοπισμό τους.
